Students who are currently in their final year of high school and planning to attend a post-secondary institution in the Fall of 2013 to pursue a course of study within Canada leading to a degree or diploma from an accredited community college or university oare eligible to apply. Students must be Citizens of Canada or permanent residents of Canada.
